is a Canadian non-profit organization that helps children victims of war by dedicating a show to them. On the air every Sunday evening at 7 PM, Radio-Dodo offers children a moment of truce to dance, sing, and smile, tailoring a night of sweet dreams for its audience.
The show is now available in French, English, and Arabic. Thus, listeners can appreciate the stories in the language they’re most proficient in. In this sense, the organization hopes to reach children from all around the world in great numbers.
Radio-Dodo works under strict neutrality policies (political and religious neutrality) to relate to all children, regardless of their backgrounds. Furthermore, in order to allow children to enjoy the show, Radio-Dodo organizes missions on lands of territorial disputes to deliver radio players and toys.
Radio-Dodo is sponsored by the Canadian Commission of UNESCO (CCUNESCO) and received the YMCA Peace Medal in 2017.
Radio-Dodo is launching its 3rd season. The show is broadcasted in Turkey, France, and Syria on Rozana FM and in Mali via Radio Jefako. The show is also available at any time on our website, along with our broadcasting partner in Montreal’s website, CHOQ.ca, or on the following streaming platforms: iTunes, Google Play, Soundcloud and soon Spotify.
